SAMPLE PRAYER: Angel of Nourishment, I have been having a tough time monitoring my intake of thoughts, information, food and emotions. And sometimes I fill my body with these things that are not in my best interest. Please help me to be more aware so that I can self-monitor my actions in a more active and conscious way. I know that I should only be putting things into my brain, heart or body that are a reflection of Good things. I look to you for support, guidance and influence.
